Who can see my family’s emails?
Only the parents in your household. ParentDeck staff don’t read your email unless you ask us to look into a problem.
How does ParentDeck read my emails?
We use an AI service from Anthropic to pull out dates, deadlines and tasks. Under our agreement, Anthropic doesn’t use your email to train its models, and deletes what we send within 30 days.
What do you keep, and for how long?
- Original emails: kept so you can open them with “View original email”.
- The items we pulled out: the dates, tasks and your changes to them, kept while your household is active, so your Home page and calendar keep working.
- Kids’ names: encrypted.

Can I delete my household?

Until then, email hello@parentdeck.ai and we’ll delete everything: your emails, your items, your kids and your sign-ins. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
