Sign-in and your account
Password or email code?
Either. A password is fastest. If you forget it, or sign in on a new device, we email you a code.
My sign-in code didn’t arrive.
Check Junk or Spam. Some email providers file codes there. Codes expire after a few minutes, so ask for a new one if it’s been a while.
How do I sign out?
Tap the round button with your initial, at the top right, then Sign out. On a shared computer or iPad, always sign out when you’re done.
Can I change my email or password?

How do I add ParentDeck to my Home Screen?
It opens like an app, with one tap.
- iPhone or iPad: in Safari, tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Android: in Chrome, tap Install when ParentDeck offers it. Or tap the menu (⋮), then “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”.
